THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") APPLY TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OPERATED BY OUR HOUSE PAC ("WE," "US," OR "OUR") AND ANY OTHER WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, OR SERVICES THAT LINK TO THESE TERMS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SITE"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Our House PAC website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Contributor Certification

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, and you must be at least 18 years old to make a contribution through the Site. By making a contribution, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

• you are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States;
• the contribution is made from your own funds, and you have not been and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity for the contribution;
• the contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card or from a personal account, and not on a corporate, business, or organizational account;
• you are not a federal government contractor; and
• you are making the contribution on your own behalf and not at the direction or control of any other person.

Contributions to Our House PAC are subject to the limits and prohibitions of federal law, including a current limit of $5,000 per person, per calendar year. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions to Our House PAC are not tax deductible.

Use of Site and Services

Our House PAC provides this Site for informational purposes, collecting contributions, and volunteer and event signups. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any features, forms, or contact tools.

User Submissions

By submitting your information or content to Our House PAC, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and administrative purposes. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

Contributions

All contributions are voluntary and, except as required by law, are non-refundable. Our House PAC may decline, return, or refund any contribution that does not comply with applicable law, including any contribution that exceeds federal limits or comes from a prohibited source. Amounts are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change. Contributions to Our House PAC are not tax deductible.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior on the Site. Do not impersonate others, spam, hack, or violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Our House PAC does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Our House PAC or its licensors. You may not use any materials without prior written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Our House PAC.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Our House PAC does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our House PAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our House PAC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Our House PAC each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action, and agree that any claim will be brought only in an individual capacity. Nothing in these Terms limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement and Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Our House PAC regarding your use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
